All products, including limited-time products and subscription products, are subject to 10% sales tax on sales prices. | Payment method and timing of payment |
All products, including limited-time products and subscription products, accept credit card payments, PayPal payments Apple Pay payments and Google Pay payments. If a free trial period is set for the product, payment happens immediately after the free trial period ends. If a free trial period is not set, payment happens immediately after your order is placed. Convenience store payment is available for limited-term products. For convenience store paymentayment, payment should be done within 7 days after the order is placed. |

| Regarding returns, defective products, and cancellations |
Subscription products will be automatically renewed until you cancel the operation yourself, and you will be charged for the subscription on the renewal date. If you cancel your subscription, you can use your subscription until the day before the next billing date. However, even if you cancel the contract, the fees already paid will not be refunded (including refund by prorating). Limited-time products cannot not be cancelled or refunded. Please note that due to the nature of the product, it cannot be returned for both the product types. |
